My healing from a long term depression and feeling like I was living in a wilderness, which lasted for 5 years, has been a process. When I initially came in to the Camarillo Healing Rooms, my level of pain was a ten on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the worst. At one point, I could not even walk.
During this painful period, I discovered that the Camarillo Healing Rooms was a safe haven for me. Not only did I receive prayer over the last 5 years, but I also attended the bible classes taught by the director, which I found very helpful for my healing process.
I am so thankful to the Healing Rooms in Camarillo for loving me during my most difficult years. Through them I was able to feel God’s love for me. Was the 120 mile round trip that I had to drive to get there worth it? Yes, as I now dare to say that my hope and joy are restored.
