My healing from a long term depression and wilderness that lasted for 5 years has been a process. When I initially came in to CHR my level of pain was a ten. At one point, I could not even walk. During this painful period, the Camarillo Healing Rooms has been a safe haven for me. Not only did I receive prayer over the last 5 years, but I also attended the CHR classes taught by the director, which I found very helpful. I am so thankful to the Healing Rooms in Camarillo for loving me during my most difficult years; I felt God’s love. Was the 120 mile round trip that I had to drive to get there worth it? Yes, as I now dare to say that my hope and joy are restored.
